Do I need a DTCM licence?

Yes — all short-term rentals in Dubai require a DTCM Holiday Home licence. We handle the entire application process on your behalf as part of onboarding.

How quickly can my property go live?

Most properties are live and receiving bookings within 5–7 days of signing with us, subject to DTCM licence processing times.

Can I still use my property myself?

Absolutely. You retain full control and can block out dates for personal use at any time via your owner dashboard. We work around your schedule.

How are guests vetted?

All guests undergo identity verification and platform screening. For direct bookings we conduct manual ID checks and collect a security deposit before check-in.

What happens if something is damaged?

Guest security deposits cover minor damages. For larger claims, we assist with platform disputes and can recommend specialist short-let insurance.

When do I receive my earnings?

Earnings are transferred directly to your bank account on the 10th of each month, with a detailed statement showing all bookings, revenue, and deductions.
